If you haven't received a code to verify your account email, it's most likely due to your email provider incorrectly marking the email as spam and directing it to a different folder. You may also have unknowingly entered an incorrect email address when creating your account.
We recommend following these quick steps to help find the email:
Be sure to check your email address for an email with the title "[Action Required] Confirm your email address"
If the activation email isn't in your spam folder, feel free to check if you entered the wrong email address by attempting to create a new account with the same email you believe you've first used.
If the system allows you to create a new account, then it seems that you've entered the wrong email address before. You should now receive a verification email for the new account.
