We partner with Forebit for secure and safe crypto transactions, which means you can easily pay using any compatible cryptocurrency wallet. When you reach the payment screen, you'll see your order details along with the cryptocurrency payment information.
Copy the wallet address displayed on your screen. This is the payment address for your specific transaction. You'll also want to copy the exact payment amount required. It's important to send the precise amount shown, as this helps our system correctly identify your payment.
Open your cryptocurrency wallet application, paste the cryptocurrency wallet address, and enter the exact payment amount. Double-check the address and amount before confirming your transaction.
After sending your payment, you'll typically need to wait for blockchain confirmation. This usually takes between 1-30 minutes depending on the cryptocurrency and network conditions.
Payment Verification System
Our system automatically tracks and verifies all incoming crypto transactions. Once your payment is detected on the blockchain, you'll receive a confirmation notification.
If you accidentally send less than the required amount (underpayment), our system will detect this and notify you. You'll then have the option to complete the payment by sending the remaining amount.
If you send more than the required amount (overpayment), our system will also detect this. Depending on the amount, we may process a refund to your original wallet address or credit the excess to your customer account for future purchases.
Supported Cryptocurrencies
We currently accept payments across several major cryptocurrencies:
Bitcoin (BTC)
Ethereum (ETH)
Tether (USDT)
USD Coin (USDC)
and many other popular tokens
Each cryptocurrency operates on its own network with different confirmation times and transaction fees. When selecting your payment method, consider these factors based on your preferences.
Troubleshooting Payment Issues
If your payment doesn't confirm within an hour, first check the transaction status in your wallet or on a blockchain explorer. Copy your transaction ID (TXID) from your wallet for reference.
Common issues include:
Network congestion causing delays
Insufficient network fees selected in your wallet
Sending to an incorrect address
Using an unsupported cryptocurrency or network
If you're experiencing issues with your payment, contact our support team with your order number and transaction ID. Our team can check the status of your payment and provide assistance.
Remember that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Always verify the payment address before sending your crypto.
