Our system will automatically notify you of when you're required to pay for fees when it reaches a certain threshold.
For example, some businesses may not have to pay fees until that threshold reaches $100 while some may not have to pay fees until it reaches $5. Forebit employees are unable to intervene as our system was strictly built to ensure transparency on how we collect fees from companies.
You can always view the balance owed to Forebit via the billing tab under your settings dashboard here: https://app.forebit.io/payments/settings/billing.
When a transaction is redirected to cover transaction fees, you'll see a notification at the top of the payment details page.
We'll also list the transaction directly within the payment history section of your billing tab within your settings.
Depositing funds prior to the automated collection of fees may be required to continue accepting payments for certain businesses. You can deposit a variable amount to your account wallet, which will be used to cover and pay for services by Forebit.
